The mail gateway get things done

We’ve been working on a new feature here at KeepOn.Today that we’re really excited about, and that’s the implementation of a mail gateway.

This allows users to send tasks directly to their task lists via email, making it incredibly easy to create new tasks on the fly. But that’s not all - this feature also opens up a whole new world of possibilities for collaboration and task assignment.

So, how does it work? Well, when you set up your mail gateway, you’re given a special email address that you can use to send tasks to your task list. This address is unique to you, and only you can use it to send tasks to your list. But here’s the cool part: you can also share this email address with others, so they can send tasks directly to your list as well.

This might seem like a small thing, but it’s actually a huge game-changer for collaboration. Let’s say you’re working on a project with a team, and you need to assign tasks to different team members. With KeepOn.Today’s mail gateway, you can simply share your email address with your team members, and they can send tasks directly to your list. This makes it easy to keep track of who’s doing what, and when things are due.

But that’s not all - the mail gateway also makes it easy for others to send tasks to you. Let’s say you’re a manager, and you need to assign tasks to your team members. With KeepOn.Today, you can simply send an email to their task list, and they’ll receive the task automatically. This makes it easy to keep track of who’s doing what, and when things are due.

We’ve also thought about how to make this feature as flexible as possible. For example, you can set up different email addresses for different task lists, so you can categorize your tasks in different ways. And you can also set up filters, so you can automatically assign tasks to specific people or categories.

We’re really excited about this feature, and we think it’s going to make a big difference for our users. It’s just one more way that we’re making it easier to get things done, and to collaborate with others.
