Getting Help on KeepOn.Today
As we continue to grow and expand our user base, we’ve noticed that many of our new users are coming from a variety of backgrounds and have different levels of experience with task management and productivity tools. While we’re thrilled to have such a diverse group of users, we’ve also realized that many of them are struggling to get up to speed with our tool.
One of the main challenges that our new users are facing is understanding the technical aspects of our tool. Terms like CALDAV, API, and webhooks may seem like gibberish to those who are new to task management and productivity tools. But don’t worry, we’re here to help!
